When you wake up on your wedding day, it doesn’t matter how cold it is outside. At least for Alex & Kyle it didn’t on this chilly November day. Their Saskatoon wedding was beautiful and simple. Kyle, chose a classy bow tie, and all black for his tux which was custom tailored. Alex got her stunning gown from Exquisite here in Saskatoon, with a beautiful keyhole back. Throw in a solid pink rose bouquet, and you have a stunning contrast against the near monochrome Saskatoon winter.

The sun sets so early in our winter months, so to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoors, Alex chose to have an evening ceremony. We started with the getting ready for both the guys and girls, and then picked a beautiful spot on the South Saskatchewan River for them to have their first look. We all cooled down very quickly, so we were sure to take breaks to warm up. We were so happy that they were troopers and battled the snow, and ice so we could use the beautiful landscape.

Side note: We’ve featured Alex before. She’s the owner of AKA Accessories. Look closely and you’ll notice an awesome tribute to Movember with Alex’s custom necklaces.

Their evening ceremony & reception were almost back to back which we knew the out of town guests appreciated. We had a beautiful dinner and reception in Warman, where the speeches warmed our hearts, and made us cry. We were happy to join these two for such a great day!

A huge congratulations from the MJ&Co. Team!
