Wardrobe Palette Inspiration

People always ask us, “What should we wear for our photo session?”

What you wear to your session can have an impact on the overall feel and longevity of your photographs. We suggest making selections that will be simple and timeless when you look back on them in the future.
When selecting garments, we suggest laying all outfits next to one another, including your accessories and shoes to see how they will look together. Always steer clear of logos and black if you can. Solid colours are often best, but a print on one person in the group can add a fun pop. I personally love sticking to a safe, neutral palette and adding one rich tone or a small pattern. Large patterns tend to distract the eye.

Part of what makes a beautiful image, along with capturing love and connection, is overall colour and wardrobe selection.
